"Mt. Yale in Autumn," a photograph by the late Charles Motisher of Scottsdale, Ariz., captures the stunning beauty of fall in Colorado, and fittingly opens our pre-holiday issue. With Halloween and Thanksgiving on their way, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year's aren't far behind. This is one of two photographs by Motisher featured in the MDA Art Collection. A retired attorney, he was affected by limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.
