Tucson Attorney Elected to MDA National Leadership
TUCSON, Ariz., March 18, 2005 – Attorney Benjamin
W. Bauer of Tucson, Ariz., has been elected to the national leadership
of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
A director of the Fennemore Craig law firm, Bauer was named to a one-year
term as a national vice president of the voluntary health organization
during MDA’s Board of Directors’ meeting today in Phoenix.
MDA’s national headquarters are in Tucson.
MDA vice presidents provide counsel in their areas of expertise and
assist the Association through advocacy and staunch support of its lifesaving
programs and activities.
Bauer practices in the areas of real estate, commercial and corporate
transactions, and finance. His practice deals with purchase and sale
of property, zoning, business sales and acquisition and disposition,
corporate finance, and commercial loan transactions.
Bauer earned the Best Lawyers in America – Real Estate designation
in 2004. His firm has offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Nogales and Lincoln,
Neb.
